EDIWHEEL ORDER CREATE
Order creation API enables you to create orders in real time.
This service enables customers to create and push Tire orders to Michelin in real-time (24/7). The format used is XML and JSON
It is an asynchronous message that can be sent anytime based on the agreement between the Customer and Michelin.
The orders are automatically generated on Michelin's ERP and return an Order Response to the customer to inform them about its status. In most cases, the Order Response is sent directly after the creation of the sales order on Michelin’s ERP. The order message can also be used to inform the customer about a change on Michelin's side so both Michelin's and the customer's ERP get synchronized.
There are three possible order types:
- Rush
- Replenishment
- Seasonal
Check with Michelin the maximum number of items prior to placing the first order.
