Ediwheel Order Status API to explore order portfolio and track orders
Retrieve Status of your Orders
This service enables customers to follow Tire orders to Michelin in real-time (24/7). The formats used are both XML and JSON based on the Ediwheel norm.
It is an asynchronous message that can be sent anytime based on the customer's and Michelin's agreement.
After placing an order, the customer can send an order status request from its ERP/system to Michelin. This process helps to check open orders, and the currently planned delivery times or to synchronize customer’s ERP/system with Michelin’s data – even for orders that are placed by phone, fax, or email.
The order status returns the quantity per line for each order.
The status of the Order line can be:
- Open
- In Preparation
- Back Order
- Partially Delivered
- Shipped
- Cancelled
- etc...
For each order status request placed, the customer will receive an order status for all the order lines.
